Parker Decision

The DC Circuit Court has decided not to hear the Parker case En Banc. Eugene Volokh has the information here. Very good news for Second Ammendment Supporters. I don't think, however, the Supreme Court will hear this case. They are very good at deciding not to decide. Although, the Rush song says, if you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice.
